Apartment in Florence, Via dello Sprone 4

In the very heart of Florence, between Old Bridge (Ponte Vecchio) and Palazzo Pitti, in a quite small street, few steps from the most typical local restaurants.
This loft (30 m2) is the ideal place to live the city.
The building is historical and the stairway is clean and tiny.
The apartment has a  living room with a sofa bed (1,50 x 2,00 ) a large library and a TV set . , The kitchenet  is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave , electric oven,  washing machine and a toaster .  From a wooden stair there is access to the open mezanine where there is a queen size bed, and a large closet. Some typical paintings are fixed on the walls. The  small bathroom has shower and window.
The famous Tuscan restaurant I Quattro Leoni is one minute walking from the apartment. If you love truffles don't miss the restaurant Caffè Pitti right in front of Palazzo Pitti.
Piazza della Signoria, Museo degli Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti are all nearby the apartment.

The loft is nearby Via Guicciardini, a very typical street with many restaurants and shops at 100 mt. from Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge) and at 50 mt. from Palazzo Pitti. 
The apartment can be reached by public bus from the Central Railway Station S.M.Novella line D, drop off at Borgo San Jacopo.  By car from Lungarno Torrigiani , then Via de’ bardi and then Via De’ Barbadori where there is the car parking at 25/30 euro per day. Please note , that in the centre of Florence  is forbidden to drive by car so you have to park  the car in the car parking. By foot you can reach Piazza della Signoria walking through the romantic Ponte Vecchio and  following the Vasari Hallway.

minimum stay : 2 nights .  115,00 euro per day, 700,00 euro per week - extra bed  30,00 euro.
